Are you Insured?
Yes! We are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates.
Are you certified in Pet CPR and Safety?
Yes. Everyone dealing with your pet has been certified through Pet Tech, and has learned CPR and pet care and safety.
How much notice is needed to book a service?
For overnights, we prefer a weeks notice, however, we will accommodate what we can providing our schedule is open. If you need a last minute, day-of service, just text or call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How will I know if you've provided the service?
Upon arrival, you will receive a picture and a check-in email or text (depending on your preference), as well as on departure.
How do I pay for services provided?
You can leave cash or a check at the home, or you can pay with a credit card over the phone upon booking. Paypal is also available upon request. Payment is expected at time of service.
If it is raining or snowing, will services still happen?
We show up in rain or shine and walk your pup! Aside from severe weather that would make it unsafe to travel, we will be there. If there is a problem getting to your pet due to severe weather conditions, you will be notified immediately and a refund will be issued.
My pet has special needs/medication. Can you administer?
Medication and special needs are covered in the initial meet & greet and will be addressed on a case by case basis. We are experienced in administering many medications and will discuss upon booking.
What services require a deposit? And what about refunds?
Any service that is booked for 5 days or more in a row requires a 20% non-refundable deposit.
We will work with you to move dates based on our availability should you need to cancel a service.
